This marks a cornerstone.  Continued exploration of the Northwest/ West Coast IPA variety has gotten us to a point of having a brand we would like to cultivate further.  Utilizing a blend of techniques, as well as the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on, topped off with a name that was shockingly not taken within the industry, we got to a point where a standard label was necessary.  Experience is in its second round of production, and shows a more approachable alcohol percentage as basically the only difference from the first go.  With that reduction comes the more appropriate label of “West Coast IPA”, and a likely foundation for future experiments in repeatability.  The newest Citra, Strata, and Nectaron hops we could access are the main players, and an overall neutral body of our house base malt carries the show.
