6 Ranch provides Side a Brewing with locally sourced, grass-fed Corriente beef from Enterprise, OR. Corriente beef is flavorful, lean, and nutritious. This cattle was brought over to the Americas in 1493 from Spain and is still the closest thing to wild cattle today. By bunching together and using minimal water while traveling across various terrain they are able to have a lighter impact on the land.

Our co-op was founded on the idea that food can help us find the common ground between divergent groups, to create an experience we can all enjoy together. We strive to bring urban consumers together with rural ranchers by providing a clean, wholesome beef eating experience for all families that transcend the boundaries of city and country. We build relationships with our consumers, opening the doors of our cooperative so everyone can better understand where their food comes from. Merlyn's Catering opened in 2015. Chef Merlyn continues to offer a variety of dining experiences to groups large and small, from cooking classes, to large wedding receptions, from corporate luncheons, to local fundraisers and personal chef dining at a location of your choice.
